Hi All,
in the past there was a menu in the Office Connector admin console where we could set the max imported image size of a Word doc:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Configuring+the+Office+Connector (but you can only see this on the picture!)
Now it's gone.
Where could we set or only check these data?
Thanks in advance,
Rumi
Hi,
most likely then this is going to be the mentioned bug (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-15672)
I suggest you to add a vote on it and share your thoughts in the comments so that it will gain more attention and be fixed sooner in a future release. There's no workaround for this that I know about :(
Regards,
Peter
Hi Rumi,
In the latest Office Connector release I still see this option under Confluence Admin > Manage Add-Ons > Office Connector Plugin > Configure
Can you please check your plugin version?
Kind regards,
Peter

Hi,
I believe that is not due to the size limitation but rather the following bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-15672
Also, there's a similar problem affecting .docx format only, you may want to try to save the document in the old .doc format and try the import that way.
Kind regards,
Peter

Hi,
As it seems this option is only present since 5.x: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF43/Configuring+the+Office+Connector
4.3 and earlier docs do not mention anything regarding this, thus I believe there was no such limitation for that. Do you face any problem uploading larger images in word documents?

Peter
