Hey all,
We have a knowledge base built over more than 5 years. It has over 2000 files, with error messages and possible solutions (more of a troubleshooting base).
It's located under a windows folder structure.
How can I import that into confluence, keeping folder structure and attaching files below the respective folder?
Thanks
Well, if that's so, you might need to have more steps. Please refer this guide and see if it helps

Hey Chung,
Yes, we want to import them into Confluence.
There are all types of files: txt, outlook emails, word, excel, powerpoint, xml, zip, pdf, jpgs, etc.
Many folders have a single txt file describing error, and some support files in the same folder like screenshots and xml error files.
Thanks

May I know what file types are the Knowledge Base? Just to clarify, you are trying to import them into Confluence, no?
