As I've also mentioned in the support ticket, you can set the owners for individual pages or to their children, too as explained in our documentation: https://www.midori-global.com/products/better-content-archiving-for-confluence/data-center/documentation/content-lifecycle-job#content-owners . The email will be sent to these owners.

Please be informed "Owners" will be Confluence admins and space admins (by default the requestor but it can have more than one).

No. The Better Content Archiving app has its own content owner concept that has nothing to do with Confluence admins and space admins. You can basically pick a Confluence user who is responsible for or owns the content in a given page.
