Info mail after publish

Every time I make a small changes in a document on Confluence my pears get an email message. That soon is perceived as spam and not useful information.

Do anybody know how to disable the feature of sending emails every time I publish something?

Hi,

just click on "three dots" and click on "Publish without notifying watchers".
