We are testing 5.7 and want to use the inline comments feature. I highlight text, see the comment icon and try to start typing but no content appears in the comment window with my name.
Wondering what more is required in terms of native Confluence plugins that we might have disabled to get this feature to work.
I have not seen this before and there doesn't appear to be any issue related to this. Please consider opening an issue at support.atlassian.com.

we disabled the workbox, but I enabled it again and saw no difference.
