Getting access denied when I try to insert JIRA work item filter.

Where are you trying to insert the filter?

Can you provide a screen image of what you're seeing?

Do you have access to any Jira Cloud instances?

If so, have your Confluence and Jira Administrators created a connection between this Confluence site and the Jira site to which you have access?

Yes I have access to JIRA cloud instance. Filter from there is what I am trying to fetch in Confluence.

Trying to figure out confluence administrator.
