Hello,
I got this email yesterday wherein my Confluence free instance was "canceled".
I never requested its cancellation. While upgrading also, I get an error.
Can you please restore it back so that I can take corrective action? I wrote some critical docs that I just cannot access.
I am also unable to "Add billing details" in site administration. Clicking on "Add billing details" redirects me to "my.atlassian.com/product", where it is not clear where to add billing information
PS: What is the point of free, if you are forcing to buy a license.
You should contact the atlassian support and not the community.
Something seems to be wrong with your confluence cloud license.
