Interacting with Embedded Google Sheet forces return/scroll to the top of the page

I have a google sheet embedded in a confluence page.

1. When my cursor is over the Sheets, when I scroll, both the page and the sheets scroll.
2. If I click the Sheets, the page returns to the top of the page.

Either of this issues alone would be terrible, but together they are draining my will to live.

FWIW, this is confluence cloud ran on up to date Chrome (Version 136.0.7103.93)
