The macro is easy enough. You indicate your Jira instance, select a project, preview the roadmap, click save. The result is a blank rectangle in my page. When I go to edit the macro, it seems to reset and not retain the selected project to roadmap.
I have tried Chrome 81, Edge 44, and IE11.
I am using Cloud Confluence and Cloud Jira. My project is next-gen with roadmaps enabled. I suspect I could not get the right preview if Jira and Confluence were not setup correctly.
Is this a bug or is this something I did not do?
I think there must be a bug.
It worked for me before. I just went to check the setup of one of my roadmaps just now to see if there is any difference with yours and saved and I'm getting the same result.
You can report it here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and see if it gets any attention.
Thank you for the feedback.
When you say you get the same result, do you get the empty rectangle or do you get a roadmap displayed in your page?

I submitted a ticket. Not sure if this is public or just viewable by me:

I am having the same issue.
I also tried pasting the url into the page as suggested HERE.
I can then get the roadmap to show while I'm editing but as soon as I save, I'm left with a blank box.
