Aura has been hit or miss over the last 3 days. Now we're going on a fairly long streak where it's been unavailable. Anyone else have this issue?

Our service desk is the best avenue to investigate the issue thoroughly, possibly schedule video calls to understand better what's happening, and work towards a resolution.
