Is image drag and drop broken?

Recently dragging an images into an editor panel results in the image being loaded in Chrome as a new page. Has image drag and drop been deprecated? The docs indicate that it should still work.

Yes it appears to be.  I have a ticket in for it right now.

You are able (as a temporary fix) to click the ... Top right of page and add the attachment that way.  To view the attachment on the page users will need to click the "attachments" tiny font to see.  Preview isn't working.
