Is it possible? An active link to a computer disk

Hello, is it possible to load a live link to a folder on a computer disk in a confluence page?

It is a little bit tricky, as each machine exists in some network and depends on access to the outer worlds/internet. If the idea is to show the link to some common location, it can be OK to just set Advanced type link that can be copied and pasted to the OS explorer of the user.

It can be better to use some Web source (maybe some machine with open firewall access via IP or other way) and then set it as WEB link.
