Is it possible for a user to follow an entire page branch?
Ie, can I, for example, keep track of the entire branch and all the changes in the nested pages, instead of going into each page inside and ticking the box that I want to follow the page? For example, by putting supervision on the parent, it turned on for the children?

I am assuming you mean you want to watch a page and all its children. Currently that is not possible. You can either watch an entire space or individual pages.
