Is it possible to change the highlight color of the instructional text that appears in templates?

I would like to change the default light gray highlight color of instructional text in templates to something that contrasts more strongly. This will create easier navigation for the users of the templates. Does anyone know the CSS I could add to adjust this?

The short answer is no. Not in OnDemand.

I checked back with my manager and found that we actullay have the Download version. Is there a long answer in that instance?
