Is it possible to create space templates?

Is it possible to create a space template which appears in the attached screen? 

The idea being that I can create a template containing all the permissions and default pages i require to save time having to set them all up each time i create a new space.

For example all my spaces have the same page structure.

Im not sure this is possible through the confluence platform at the moment, but im open to developing a plugin if it is possible that way?

I don't think it's possible to do that in Cloud, but it's doable on Server/DC confluence. There is a suggestion for this here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-4538 which you can vote and watch.
