Is it possible to customize the Confluence page with my own HTML and CSS?

Dear Experts,

When I go to the Atlassian Marketplace and search on HTML. I get a lot of HTML confluence apps. What i would like is to put my own HTML & CSS on the Confluence page. Is that possible? And if so which app should i use.

Got this info from Functional differences in Confluence Cloud vs. Server.

On Atlassian Cloud, Confluence uses a custom theme that can't be modified or updated using custom HTML or CSS. For more information on custom themes in Confluence Cloud, refer to Install a theme.

Confluence Cloud Developer community: You can also create your own theme for Confluence Cloud. Check out the Theme page in our Confluence Cloud Developer site.
