Hey guys,
do you know if it is possible to deactivate the @mention function for specific user groups?
Or at least to deactivate the view of the email adress if a person is mentioning another person? I don't want that everybody who can mention someone can also view their UPN or e-mail adress.
Confluence version 7.4.0
Thanks for the help in advance.
Hi @Johannes Zimmermann ,
I think this is not feasible, it depends on the global configuration. So you can only enable or disable this feature for all users.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi @Johannes Zimmermann ,
You can use this plugin to limit the @mentioning for specific groups. Users then can only @mention or search for other users in groups you configure
Best regards

Be aware that disabling at mentions globally will also disable other plugins in Confluence:
