Is it possible to download comments and blog posts for audit purposes

We would like to find out if Confluence page blogs and comment history can be downloaded for audit purposes?   I see the option is available in JIRA but we would like to know if the option is available within the Confluence pages and how that download is accomplished.

You may try the following and see if it meets your requirement:

1. Export blog and pages to pdf (Comment is not included)
2. Generate confluence backup
3. I found the following plugin which might be able to help you:
