Hello,
I have created a space opened to anonymous users for read and write access. The anonymous users can create pages on the space using the "Create" button. Nevertheless, they cannot use templates created in the space by the space administrator. Indeed, when using the "..." button next to the "Create" button to create a page from a template, the following error message appears:
"An unknown server error has occurred.".
Therefore, I would like to ask you if there is typically a way to grant anonymous users access to the templates created in the space they have a read and write access to, so that they can create pages from existing templates?
Thank you in advance for your time and help.
Regards.
Adrien Gaspard
Hi Yoga,
Thank you for your reply. The template is promoted for the space, and anonymous users have read and write permissions on the space. I can create pages anonymously in the space without any issues, but unfortunately, the error message still appears when I try to use the templates as an anonymous user. I noticed a few errors in the logs, which I will try to solve to see if this helps with the issue.
In the meantime, I found a temporary solution to use the templates, using direct links as suggested in this post:

Thank you again for your help!
Adrien
Once you give the anonymous access, they will be able to use the template. If the template is available for the space then all the anonymous users will be able to create the pages provided they have the Add Page permissions.
You can verify whether the template is promoted for the space and check the permissions.
Thanks
Yoga
