I have a Microsoft Visio file that has all the standard designs used in our engineering group. I am creating a space that breaks out the information in that one file into many pages to explain the details. I would like all the pages to point back to that one file so that, if the file needs updating, it only needs to be done to that one file. Is this possible?
Thanks,
Chris
Hi Chris,
yes, that's possible. First attach your file to a page of your choice. On all the other pages, press Ctrl+M (or the icon) while in edit mode. Search for the file in the dialogue and insert it. Note that the file on your other pages is displayed, but not attached.
Hi Nicolai,
Crtl+M doesn't make anything for me (and I'm not sure about each icon you are talking about).
Can you help me out with that?

Hi @Tiago Massochin , welcome to the community :)
It's been a while since I posted this and I don't remember if the original question was tagged with cloud back then. However, I have knowledge and experience in the server versions only. So my above solution is for Confluence Server. Find a screenshot of the very icon below:
If you don't recognize the icon you're probably on Confluence Cloud, please research the topic in Atlassian's documentation starting from https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/upload-a-file/
Kind regards,
Nicolai
