Is it possible to output all posts with the initial letter "a" at the blog posts macro?

I would like to have all blog posts where the title starts with the initial letter "a", for example. Can you set a filter for this?

Hi, maybe you can use the searchbox macro for this? You can search for the letter A and all the blog posts titles that start with the initial letter A will show up.
