I am testing the Upgrade of the current Confluence DC 8.5.18 to the Confluence latest LTS, but during the upgrade attachments get migrated from ver003 to v4. Is there a way to skip this part and leave it as is ver003?

Hello @Sofiia Andriiuk

From what I understand you are upgrading from 8.5 to 9.4 Confluence DC, correct? If so then you need to know that new attachment storage was already introduced in 8.1

However you should be able to keep the current ver3 by using a

-Datlassian.darkfeature.confluence.disable-attachments-ver004=true

Here is more information about this specific topic

Thank you! So I've read.

It is just the current 8.5 was set up to have ver3 of attachments and when I upgrade in testing env it gets migrated to ver4 so I was interested whether not upgrading to v4 (by-Datlassian.darkfeature.confluence.disable-attachments-ver004=true ) would be possible and would make any impact on work of confluence.
