Is it safe to use the Approval Path plugin developed by Warsaw Dynamics.Since isn't cloud Fortified.

Generally Cloud Fortified program do not add extra security.
Its more about reliability and support, here are more details:

It does require to participate in "Marketplace Security Bug Bounty Program", Approval Path is part of that program. I think Bug Bounty is most "security" oriented badge.

We have in plans to apply Approval Path to Cloud Fortified program soon.
