Is there a simple way to include a Jira Issue Collector on a Confluence Cloud page?

As A: Scrum Master (with no Javascript or HTML skills)

I Want:  A macro that includes a Java (cloud) Collector on a Confluence (cloud) page

So That: I can easily add a Java (cloud) collector without creating external web pages.

Notes:  I need a feedback form for stakeholders who are unlikely to create Jira issues.  Is there no way to create a "provide feedback" button on a Confluence Cloud page which directly pulls up a Jira issue collector?

If creating issues from confluence don't work for you, you need an HTML macro plugin.

Then you can add an Issue collector in this macro so that it will appear only on that screen.
