Is there a storage limitation for the confluence documentation workspace?

na liu February 19, 2017

We want to use documentation workspace to store our outbounding documents of several projects.

I'd like to know:

  1. If there's a limitation for single documents uploaded?
  2. Is there a limitation for the whole documents workspace in confluence?
Please help to provide the reference.
  3. If exceeds the storage limitation of the confluence workspace, how to keep the old versions and where to store them later in order to reduce the storage occupation ?
I see there's a Archive function page, https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf510/archive-a-space-829077155.html. Can we use this method?
    Thanks

On Confluence Server there is no known storage or space size limitation.

In the administration screen you can configure the file upload size: Configuring Attachment Size

Yes

Yes

Yes .. amongst others such as deleting previous versions

Your Space Administrator has control over these aspects .. or read the Administrators Guide in the Confluence documentation site

Hi,

Can you please help to provide the limit value for single documents uploaded and the whole documents workspace?

If a reference page can be provided, that's better.

Thanks
