Following the lead from projectdoc's page on the Atlassian Marketplace, where a diagram is shown illustrating the difference between an author and a reader's view on a page (eg. the display of Notes, transclusion references, etc.), is there a way for an author to quickly switch to a user's view?
This would be useful, for example:
A "show as reader" button would be nice, but any other (convenient) method would be useful.
Thanks, Joao.
The view for a role (currently) can only be controlled via a space property on the user's homepage. The main roles to set are writer
(the default) and reader
.

There is also a mode for 'printer
' that enables the print-quirk-modes to tweak the rendering process for use cases involving printing.
I added an issue to our tracking system as a reminder to enhance the usability by switching roles quickly: PDAC-464.
