Is there a way to add an Administration shortcut to Confluence?

In Jira and Stash, if you have admin access, there are very clear links to the Administration area in the top bar. In Confluence (4.3.2), to get to the administration area, I need to click on my name, then click Profile, then Administer User. It makes me log in again, and then I finally get to the complete admin page. I'm fine with the logging in a second time to get to admin, but is there any way to get directly to that, without having to go through the whole profile bit?

Use the Browse menu and select Confluence Admin.
