×I attended a series of Atlassian-held webinars recently, and I remember one of the hosts mentioning that there was an additional app that could be installed which would allow a space admin to see what their users were searching for in the search bar.
This is of particular interest to me as obviously if people are searching for articles that do not yet exist, this would point me in the right direction in terms of where the holes in our knowledgebase are, and what I should be writing about next.
Any information about such a feature would be much appreciated.
Hi @Seb and @Kishan Sharma
thanks for mentioning our app, Kishan. The app was built exactly for your use case, Seb. Unfortunately, the app is for DC/Server and not cloud-ready, sadly.
We do, however, have this app bundled in our Viewtracker app that is available for all deployments.
Please reach out to us should you have any questions: support@bitvoodoo.ch

Thank you so much, guys. That's exactly what I was looking for. Our company does use the Cloud version of Confluence, so I'll look into getting Viewtracker. I appreciate the help. :)

Hi @Seb
You should take a look at the markeplace and you may be able to remember which app it was: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
