Is there any way how do I restrict users to view assigned issues only?

Hi @Megan Davis,

How are you displaying the assignments? Are these in various meeting note pages, 1 big table?

1) In Confluence, users can view open tasks by clicking their profile icon at the top right, and choose tasks. If you used the task and @mention functionality, those open "assignments" will appear on the person's task page.

2) You can also use the "My Tasks" macro to show off user's tasks on a different page.

3) If you are capturing this content in a table, you can utilize the status macro to give the assignment a "green" status. The table filter macro would be a nice edition to the table because you can set the default status to "green" so people see those items when loading the page.
