Is there any way to import just the worklog from the Jira ticket into Confluence?

Hello Everyone,

Ask the question states I am trying to get just the worklog (mainly the descriptions) and import them into my Confluence page from Jira. I understand that I am able to embed the entire ticket in but I want specifically the worklog and I would like it to update automatically as the worklog gets updated. Any guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest to use a combination of Jira macros and some manual adjustments, as there is no built-in feature that allows you to directly import only the worklog section into Confluence.

I have tried using the Confluence macro for the confluence list to just display the work log but for some reason it comes up as empty every time.

Hello @Rishith Anand

I'm not sure if you're considering 3rd-party apps, but if you do, I have a solution for you.

We have developed User Macro for Confluence Cloud app, with which you can create custom Macros in Confluence, including Jira integrations.

And for your use case, I have created an Issue Worklogs macro as a usage example, but it's fully customizable! This is how it renders in our Confluence:

Is it what you want to achieve?
