I want to make my own autocomplete shortcut like @ , [  so on.

Is there any pluggable module for auto-complete short-cut ?

I really want to know this.

Hello!

If you mean the Shortcut Links, then yes that is built in to Confluence.  You can find some documentation for it here: Configuring Shortcut Links.  I hope this helps, but if not please do let us know.
