I currently make use of Confluence On Prem version 8.5.3 and use the eSignature Comala workflow process, is there an existing process that will allow for section approval page template?
Shooting blind here but I wonder if using page include (or similar inclusion macro) would work.
Imagine there's Page B where you want have a section that's subject to your approval process.
Create page A with the content that is subject to approval with your eSignature process - ideally you'd create this page above the root page (I guess you don't want it to appear in your tree).
Then you would include page A content within the target page B.
Give it a try, it should work.
Ok, i have one page that i've added a "simple approval workflow". The page has multiple sections for approval with different approvers.
Page has no macro.
Is they an existing plugin that would allow for me to include section approval using "simple approval workflow"?
My scenario, one page or template that requires multiple approvers for different content.

This is your page where you need to have multiple sections that require approvals by multiple people.

You just have to use a dedicated page for every piece of content that needs approval and then a dedicated include macro for those individual pages.
