Dear Support Team,
We use the Company Hub page on Confluence to publish blog posts for our company. However, for the past three weeks, we’ve been experiencing an issue where images in the blog posts are not displaying correctly.
Specifically, the images do not appear on the main Company Hub overview page. When we click on an individual blog post, the images are displayed correctly. Additionally, when we enter edit mode on the Company Hub page, the images also become visible. However, after publishing the edited page, the images disappear again from the main overview page.
This suggests that the images are still present but are not rendering as expected in the standard view of the Hub.
Could you please advise us on how this issue can be resolved?
We appreciate your support and look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Sure, for example:
When I put the Company Hub into edit mode, I see the following. This is also how I expect to see it in the published version, and it worked like this three weeks ago as well:
When I now open the Company Hub page, I see this. The image is no longer visible.
When I open the blog separately, it becomes visible again. But it does not appear on the main page where it should be visible.
Because nothing in the process has changes, I'm assuming there might have been a recent update. Would that be the case?

Okay Try clear cache and re index and verify image url and permissions and check layout once

Unfortunately, this still doesn't make the image visible. It seems to be a confluence update after all, because the same image were still visible three weeks ago.

Hi @Linsey Prinsen
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You can try re-adding one of the images in the blog post and then republish it. Sometimes this helps fix the display issue on the overview page.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Shreeja J

Thanks Shreeja for your quick response.
I have already tried this, but unfortunately it has no effect. Clearing cookies/cache also doesn’t work, and changing the browser makes no difference either. Do you have any other ideas?
