Issue with users not being able to view folders and files in the folders

Hi Guys,

We are facing an issue where the team can see the page in Confulence but not the folders and files in the folders. I can view them no problem but the team just see the page with no folders. Has anyone fixed this issue previously.

Hoping someone can help.

Are you saying that your team does not see the sidebar with your page tree to the left of the page content? I don't see any settings to display or not display the sidebar. Can you check and make sure that the sidebar is not collapsed for these users?
