Since a while back some of our Team Members have been having issues posting images, links and similar on their comments, the attachments wont paste or they paste but show nothing.
Another issue that has appeared is that you post a link to a file or similar information package on Comments and the link actually ends up pointing to another totally different destination, usually another Confluence page.
But the most common issue is not being able to add pictures, images, videos or such on Comments on a Confluence page, this is happening to several Team mates and is quite annoying as they are no able to report / comment with all details on their posts.
This started happening about 5 or 6 months ago, but has been escalating.

Please advise. Thanks a lot in advance for your help.
What have you had your users try? Have they tried incognito windows or private browsers? Are their browsers updated?
If it works in incognito, they should reset their cache and cookies.
You should also have them make sure they are on the latest version of their web browsers.
Also, do any of the pages that have issues have editing restrictions?
If all of this doesn't work I would make a list of the users and submit it to Atlassian to check on the backend and see what is going on with the accounts.
10-4 thanks.
I have made them log out and back in as sometimes when it has updated and you were already logged in, certain features do not work, but as soon as you log off and back in they do as usual.
None of the pages have restrictions.
I´ll request for them to check about your suggestions on the browser end and see if that solves the issue.
Thanks a lot.
Best regards.
