JIRA Charts are not available for your version of JIRA. Upgrade to 6.1.1 or later

Jonathan Smith March 30, 2018

I am receiving an error when attempting to put a JIRA chart on a Confluence page.  It is the same error as described in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/jira-issues-macro-jira-charts-are-not-available-for-your-version-of-jira-777004808.html

  • I have indexed both JIRA and Confluence - however the issue still happens.
  • Note: I am able to put a basic JIRA filter on a Confluence page.

Thoughts?

  • Confluence UAT 6.4.1
  • JIRA Core UAT v7.7.0-m0002
  • Application links "connected"

@AnnWorley,

I'm having the same issue, but my JIRA and CONFLUENCE are Cloud version.

I can't use the reindex action.

Please advise

UAT is magically working - time (background index) must have resolved my issue: I wasn't able to try out the fix noted above.

Thank you for your time Ann!

Jon

Hi Jonathan,

Since the knowledge base article you linked says a corrupt index is the issue, please try reindexing Confluence from scratch as described in: How to Rebuild the Content Indexes From Scratch on Confluence Server.

If that doesn't fix it, please let us know so we can take a closer look.

Thanks,

Ann
