JIRA Filters Macro in Confluence - Insert button missing

When adding a JIRA issue filter macro into Confluence, the 'Insert' and 'Cancel' buttons disappear when the 'Insert JIRA issue/filter' option is toggled.

When adding a JIRA macro such as a pie chart, the 'Insert' button is clearly visible. It only seems to disappear using the issue/filter option. (Images attached)

On the first screen shot you show the Insert Jira Issue/filter screen and "search" is selected so there is nothing to cancel or insert. When you change to Insert Jira Chart those options appear because they become relevant.
