Jira Users & Billing question

I currently have 9 developers using JIRA Agile for $20/month. I'd like to put my entire team on Confluence (another 10 people), for a total of ~20 total users in confluence.

Only the developers need access to JIRA Agile.

Will I have to upgrade my JIRA Agile plan to the next level in order to be able to add the rest of the team to Confluence? 

What will my total cost be monthly at that point?

Hi Yoni,

Confluence Cloud and JIRA Cloud can have separated users.

You can have any setup you want.

If you want to have only 9 users for JIRA, but 20 for Confluence, you just have to manage their applications access accordingly, something that can be done using the functions on the User Management of Atlassian Cloud.

The billing got upgrade to next tier automatically in JIRA and Confluence Cloud when you put more users into it. One exception I noticed is Bamboo Cloud on number of remote agents - From my own experience it can not be increased by user's end but you have to raise a support ticket and Atlassian support would upgrade your tier on Bamboo.
