I am using jira for reporting , and i have integrated confluence as well, but i am not sure how can confluence help me or in other words what does confluence provides me thats either not in jira or better than in jira.
Confluence is a completely different application that serves a different purpose.
confluence is a wiki while Jira is an issue tracking application. The two work well together. Confluence is often used to provide context for projects while the detailed tasks are tracked in Jira.
