Hi!
I created and saved filter in our JIRA instance so it could be shown on Confluence anonymous accessible space page. The filter is set as public (view permissions: Anyone on the web) in JIRA. The space permissions are also set as anonymously accessible.
The problem is that when viewing the space page in incognito mode, then the issues which should be there are still not showing up - "no issues found".
The JIRA project where these issues exist, should remain private, we do not want to set this project to be anonymously accessible. Is there some possibility to show the issues in Confluence publicly without setting the JIRA project as public?
Hi @Kaur Joakit If the projects browser permission is not set to anyone issues in that project will not be visible publicly.
You need to open the project to be publicly visible and use the issue security level permissions in that project to make the issues private for your team members and keep the other as public which you want to show anonymously to the users by adding a jira issue filter in Confluence.
