Hello! We have multiple pages with Jira filters that pull open, relevant tickets based on the queue the Customer Support Agent works in. Right now, none of these filters are pulling to the live page. Instead, they're constantly refreshing. When I Edit the page, I can see the tickets just fine. What's going on? How do we stop the constant refresh and get these tickets to populate in the live page?
We've encountered something similar before — it was usually due to permission issues or the filter not being shared properly. Try checking the filter's sharing settings and whether the dashboard permissions are set correctly. Also, clearing the browser cache helped in our case.
