We currently use Confluence for our Knowledge Base but the structure and functionality haven't been updated for quite some time. Does anyone have any examples of other knowledge bases that I could take a peek at to get some inspiration so I can give ours a bit of a refresh?
Thanks in advance!
I'm so glad to hear that you have some time to improve your knowledgebase. I always love content improvement projects, and it's great when teams can prioritize them.
There are a lot of great examples out there. Here, we have a few different ones for you to look at (including Comalatech's 😃): https://www.k15t.com/rock-the-docs/why-documentation-in-confluence#WhyDocumentationinConfluence?-documentationexamplesConfluenceinAction
Hi Alana,
Perhaps our documentation wiki will be helpful. Although it is on Confluence Server, the add-ons it uses are all available on the Cloud. We use Refined to create the theme and our own apps to handle the content workflow and publishing.
We also have a few detailed case studies from companies that have built knowledge bases:
I hope some of that is useful!
