LDAP synchronisation timeout in Confluence 3.5

Hi, I have installed confluence 3.5.11 and configured the same to use LDAP authentication. The synchronisation process takes long time approximately 66 seconds and fails at the end. Is there a way to stop the sychronisation or to successfully complete the same when the user logs into confluence? I have set proper filters for the LDAP. Can anyone suggest me a solution for this issue? Thanks in advance Suguna

I suggest to check the logs and search for the proper error to have a better idea about what's happening. Although seems like there's something in your environment that can be causing this. If you have a proxy, I suggest you to bypassing it.
