Licence error on free plug-in?

Error: The license could not be verified!

Have Installed Customware Page Approval PlugIn via "Manage Add-Ons".

But when trying to use the plug-ins, I get the license error...

What shall I do?

You do indeed need a license from Service Rocket, but the license is free.
