Version 4.3.2.
I clicked on *Like* at the bottom of the page and I see the red exclamation point which, if hovered over, says *Like failed.*.
If I refresh the page I see that my like was not recorded. Permissions on this space are wide-open (anyone logged in can do anything).

In that case, the standard strategy of temporarily disabling third-party plugins/customizations/etc. would be my next suggestion.
Most likely if the calls that are being made when you click 'Like' are failing, your logs will be able to shed some further light on the issue?
