My current page history in Confluence has over 5o older versions. I don't want to delete them but I don't want others to be able to view older versions. Only a select few people I want to be able to view all previous versions.
Is there a way to create a group or give permissions to a group where they will only see current versions of a page?
One "hack": Copy the existing page and provide users with the link to the new page. Then hide the long-lived page, say via permissions, archiving, etc. Of course, the history will cut off at the point you make the copy.
Hello @Adonis Gilbert , this is not possible on the Cloud version. Please upvote and comment on this feature request - Disabling the ability to view the "Page History" on a space . This is how you can do on the server side - How do I prevent anonymous users from using page history?
