Link a page as shortcut in a child page place

Hello everyone

I'm looking for a way to personalize my pages structure

So looking for  way to pin some pages from other people in other spaces (or in same space) as child page in my page

As and example: looking at  space A pages tree on left panel:

Space A                                                                  Space B

    Page 1                                                                     Page a

        Page 1.1                                                                      Page a1

        Page 1.2                                                              Page b

        Page b1 (pinned from out)                                                      Page b1

    Page 2                                                                

         page 2.1                                                        

         Page 1.1 (Pinned from out)

Is there anyway to achieve such result

Please Note that there is a shortcut functionality in space, but it is only one and for all users in the space,

There also is a "Starred" page , but again that is not organizable for me
What I need is to make personal shortcuts and multiple places and organize them

The only way i can do that now is to create a page and put links in it

Hi @Kasra Ayz ,

If you don't want to link to the page, since that would take people to the other space, you could try using an Include Page macro. I'm not sure if it can be done, but maybe you could wrap the Include Page within an Expand macro, so the reader would only see the content when they choose to expand the content.

exact same as shortcuts or favorites but categorized and easy to access

My understanding is that it is not possible to pin pages from another space as a subpage.

So my only options are to create a page and list the links

Or add to favorite without organizing
