I'd like to create a centralized space for notes from different teams/spaces. Instead of moving pages from disparate team spaces, I'd like to be able to link from the left panel to those locations. Please advise how I can do this.

Thank you!

Hello @joss_basaldu

Welcome to the community.

If you are a space administrator you can create and maintain shortcuts in the left navigation as documented on this page.

Another way to centralize various existing Confluence pages in one place without having to move or copy the pages is to use apps such as Navitabs. You can find an article on this topic here. I'm biased though, as I work for the vendor of this app. You can search for more options here in the Marketplace.

Kind regards,

Mattia

Hi @joss_basaldu ,

with our app, Advanced Content Navigator, you can not only link pages, but page trees, from a starting point you select! You can add our macro to any page, and if you prefer to create a personal dashboard, that would look something like this:

Of course there is more:

  • show unread pages
  • manage statuses and overview tasks
  • create, rename and preview pages
  • and more :)

Hope this was helpful,

Best regards,

Balazs
