Just started to get this error on all pages that have the macros for this plugin
Unfortunately there was an error loading the HTML macro. If your page has restricted access, ensure the "Macro Toolbox for Cloud" user has permission to view and then try refreshing the page.
There is no restricted access on the pages and the macros were all working before......
Hi Art,
We're taking a look to see if we can identify the issue. We haven't been able to reproduce it yet so I'll jump onto email with you to get more information so we can help resolve it.
Hello,
Was there a resolution to this issue? I'm experiencing the same behavior. Tab controls work in preview, but not on the actual page. Additionally, some spaces return the error mentioned in the above post even though the "Everyone" group has access to view and edit the page in question. I am also seeing this behavior with the Collapse Heading.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Toby,
The previous issue Art raised was caused by a bug in Confluence which was resolved back in Dec 2016.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-45614
The issue you're experiencing is a new one caused by the most recent update to Confluence (you may have noticed quite a few visual changes recently when browsing a space and pages).
Update: We've released an update and the issue is now resolved.

Hi Tim and thank you for your quick reply. I do currently have the Collapse Heading and Tab Control on the same page. Neither macro works. When I select tabs, I see the address change, but the text displayed doesn't change. Additionally, The Collapse Heading is not a clickable link. (*Note - the above is in my personal space. When I add the same content to another space, I get the error RE macro tools user permission)
Where you able to find the answers to the questions I posted?
Thanks again,
Toby

Sorry it took so long to reply – the Atlassian Answers outage prevented us replying.
The primary issue has been resolved now .
For the permissions issue, if it works in your personal space but not in another space it suggests the other space may have access restricted at the space-level (see Space Tools/Permissions). Even when there's restrictions at the space level, the page permissions will still say "Everyone" has access, where "everyone" refers to all who have access to that space. See "Space level" in our Granting access guide for details how to change space permissions.

Hi Tim,
Thanks for your efforts. All issues are resolved and I'm seeing the expected behavior from these macros. The differences in behavior between spaces was indeed a permissions issue.
Again, thanks for your help!
