Does a macro within confluence exist, whereby if a certain word exists on a page, that word becomes automatically hyperlinked out to a specific page/location? For example, if a page contains multiple mentions of the word “apple” that macro would set up for every word of “apple” to link to the page where the main subject is "apple”.

Hi Ken:

I don't have an answer, but I like the idea. Here are some additional variations. I'd like to see phrases as well as words. So, if I type Confluence, it would link to the tool whereas if I type Confluence Help, it would link to the user documentation. Also, it would be great to have a search and replace utility so that it could search all pages for the word apple and replace it with the link.

Thanks, Sandy

That's a good idea too.
